CHPAMS is run by many volunteers who are the cornerstone of the organization. Each year, CHPAMS honors 1~3 individuals through the Volunteer of the Year Award (http://www.chpams.org/policies-and-documents-1/2015/9/6/volunteer-policy). For 2015, the Award goes to Ms. Cuiwen (Cynthia) Liu for her excellent contributions on a variety of CHPAMS activities and tasks, including Jump Start Your Careers webinars, event reports, membership database, and China Health Review.

Ms. Cuiwen (Cynthia) Liu has a master degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and is a Strategy and Operation consultant at the Deloitte Consulting in Chicago, serving healthcare providers, payers and life sciences companies. Before graduate school, she studied finance and economics in Fudan University and worked as a business analyst of financial industries in China.
